Roberto Salinas was an incredible server! We loved seeing his warm smile bright and early in the morning. He took great care of us and ensured we had everything we needed! The breakfast was great as well!

My shower had no water pressure the first morning of my stay but my sink did - I was traveling for business and had to wash my hair in the sink. I was told upon arrival back to the hotel that it was a problem with the city working on something and the hotel didn’t have water pressure but that didn’t make sence seeing as how I had plenty of pressure in my sink and my associate traveling with me had no issues taking a shower in the room she was in at the same hotel.When I asked the lady at the check in counter the lobby if I could be given a discount or points for my inconvenience she told me the manager would be in touch - I never heard back from anyone at the hotel. I am very disappointed with this situation - this is the first bad experience for me with a Hilton property.

As our front desk explained, we unexpectedly experienced a short period in which some of our rooms lost water pressure while the city repaired on an outside water main. We appreciate the service given by Alba which made our stay comfortable by having the most important meal I.e. breakfast in a friendly environment. Appreciate the service and would like to recognize her dedication to work.

A nice property very comfortable though a little tired , great customer service and very close to the Galleria mall , not far from the Medical Center , though we did have a little problem with the AC system but it was fixed very quickly , I would return to this property but they need to fix room service , they never delivered the food correctly

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, great staff.Our organization will be meeting here again for our next event we really enjoyed our stay. One negative point was some early morning street construction.
