This is a vet trusted old value in Houston!
I was here some 20 years ago the first time and since at least a dozen times over the years. Always super fresh food and perfect old style waiters!
Do not expect new styles Italian food but DO expect perfect executed dishes classic style!
It’s perfect in its league!!

Damian’s fulfills on quality, service and good atmosphere for business or a special dinner. After eating in noise deafening restaurants where you can’t hear yourself, it’s a relief to come to this calm environment.

The food is reliably delicious. Lobster bisque was perfect, served in a hollowed out boule of bread, not overly creamy, very flavorful but not overwhelming. Sea bass topped with crabmeat was tender and tasty, served with yummy mashed sweet potatoes and nicely paired with steamed broccoli. Vanilla cheesecake was good, not great.

Service is attentive but not suffocating. Highly recommend.

This old, quaint, authentic restaurant did not disappoint. The menu offered a great variety of dishes; but oddly enough, we all chose the same entrée. The salads were large enough for two to share, especially after enjoying appetizers.
Service was excellent and offered a great wine alternative to our Cabernet palettes. The atmosphere did not make us want to eat and run, like too many other restaurants do. The ambiance was quiet and quaint.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I ordered the portobello mushrooms for an appetizer and the tortellini for my main course. The mushrooms were delicious. The pasta was decent enough, and the sauce was okay.

Don't be put off by the outside construction. The inside is fairly comfortable.
This was up stairs for a special event with little appetizers that were unique and good.
