I really liked this property. It’s fairly new and has a lovely lobby/reception area. I was very pleased with the comfort of our room. Marilyn @ the front desk so friendly. The evening reception staff were also nice. Breakfast was nice with good hot choices. I always love the space & kitchens at Homewood Suites.

Not a good stay. Services have declined since previous stays both rooms were not cleaned well. No coffee maker. Nothing done to offset the poor experience with uncleanliness of first room and second room

Hot water was not available in the bathroom or kitchen sink after two comments lodged at the front desk. Breakfast was below average. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Condition of the property was good overall, and the staff was friendly.

Although I can't say what it was that caused the hot water outage, I can say that its not something that we experience here on a regular basis. Traveling on the road is tough enough, so I can understand your frustration when you got to the hotel to no hot water. I sincerely hope you give us another try in the future to show you what we can do. Please feel free to reach out directly to me, so that I can personally ensure you visit goes well.

My stay in this Hotel was for almost 15 days. I really liked this Hotel, My Room was on top floor "4th". The best part about this Hotel was the Bedding. I had very sound sleep throughout my trip, beds and bedding are luxurious and comfortable. Floors are very quiet. Please avoid taking room near to lift or stairs. Breakfast served by Hotel is excellent but if you are Vegan or Vegetarian then you might have limited options.
The location of this Hotel is good, right next to Highway. Superstore like Walmart, Target are very near by. Also you can find some good restaurants on JONES Road.

Hotel serves Evening snacks 4 days a week, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 which includes Beer, Wine and Snacks. Overall I would rate 4 out of 5 for my stay in this Hotel.

Room tip: "AVOID" Studio Rooms, No bath tub available and shower area is very Tight.

You are right there is a lot around us to where guests do not have to travel far to find what they need. Also, we are currently working on getting more vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. I'm really glad to hear that you enjoyed your extended stay with us and we hope to hear from you soon!

Made my reservation and called the hotel to tell them about my diet restrictions to see if everything would be ok, and they told me that they would have options for me.I arrived and double checked with the concierge to see that everything was set for my breakfast the next day only to find out that there wasn't much they could do. I asked why did they said otherwise and they told me they would speak to the chef. Next morning went to have breakfast only to find out that there was nothing for me only a bit of melon and over fried potatoes. I asked about the "soy milk" they said they had and was told they didn't, asked about the "hasbrowns" and they told me they didn't make it every day, I asked if they made anything for me to have breakfast and was told that only what was there... so then I told them can you please make sure that there is something for me tomorrow. maybe rice, hash browns, something and of course the next day was the same exact thing. They told me they didn't know what a vegan gluten free eats, but even after I told them there did nothing to help me. Something as simple as preparing rice they said we don't do that for breakfast.I'm not saying every hotel needs to have options for vegans or gluten free, but I would have appreciate the honesty so I could have made my reservation elsewhere

Dear Mrs.Juipi

I'm truly sorry to her that you dealt with a lot of inconsistency in service in your recent stay with us. It is true that we currently do not have gluten free options available in the morning nor in the evening reception. I think that my staff was taken back a little by the request because they were unfamiliar with what "gluten free" meant, but that is not excuse. I will make this an opportunity to teach and train them. My team and I are dedicated in making every guest feel welcomed and food plays a huge role in that. As the manager of the Food and Beverage department I promise that I will put my best effort in always having something available for our vegan-gluten free guests in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts as they help us to better the experience here at Homewood Houston Northwest. I hope that you give us another chance and stay with us in the future so that we can make it right.
