Love this hotel ! Surrounded by shopping and restaurants and nearby other houston area attractions , this hotel is a gem! Free parking available or awesome valet service, free breakfast, great rooms, and superb staff there is nothing to complain about. Will stay here again for sure! More

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years and it just gets better and better. This time I was here for 18 nights and am completely sad that I could not stay longer!! Jamal helped me with my booking and personally picked the perfect room for me. I absolutely loved it! O.J., Tabitha, and Ryan at the front desk were incredibly helpful and always with a smile. To stay to hotel for this many nights and not have any problems or snafus is truly amazing. Witout hesitation I highly, highly, recommend this hotel!!

Checked in and traveling alot expected the extra fees that come with some hotels. Staff was very nice and grounds / hotel was very, very clean. Our room had a very nice view of the courtyard and the pool. Enjoyed the live bands at the on-site bar Friday and Saturday nights free for guest. Breakfast can be misleading and it’s waffles and cereal with fruit and toast. Other items available but need to pay for.

Broken furniture, hidden fees, and a laughable "buffet" breakfast. The proximity to restaurants is the only redeemable quality. The elevators bounce really hard when you get it so you feel like you're about to die. Dirty bathrooms and just overall not maintained.

Waited on room at check-in - found napkin and crumbs in a made-up bed - had to clean throughly with my products since no other room to move into - housekeeping came and re-made bed with hopefully clean sheets
