Beautiful interior on the corner of a historic row of buildings on The Strand. Homemade pasta daily specials to die for. Fresh bread at the table with oil is perfectly light & good side to enjoy your left over sauces. We enjoyed the 2 ravioli daily special choices & they were good with the right amount of sauce.
Nice change from the quick fast food eats.

We were impressed with the stunnng fish tank as you entered the restaurant. The lighting was soft and the ambiance was inviting. However, we were less than pleased with our food. The lasagna was well prepared, but was pricey at $20. The $9 caprese salad was uninspiring with bitter eggplants and dry mozzarella. My $12 Galveston mule tasted watery without the bright punch of the ginger infusing the taste. We were expecting more from this restaurant.

We expected a bit more of Riondo's. We each ordered something a litttle different, tried each other's dishes, and nothing really "wowed" us. Not many dishes for the vegetarian in our family. A bit pricey for what is offered.
