We finally decided to drop in and give this place a try. The food was very good but there was a little room for improvement. I had the chicken and sasauge gumbo which was excellent. There is no way one person can eat the large by themselves. The small is a very large portion. My wife had the oyster poboy which was pretty ok. It came dressed with lettuce but no tarter or sauce of any kind. It took a little while to flag a water down to get some tarter sauce. The place also looked a little rough. The wall next to our table had some white stuff that looked like some kind of scale on the wall. I would recommend a good spring cleaning.
Don't let anything I said discourage you from giving this place a try. We will definitely be back.
