Relatively new hotel, Rooms are very clean and cozy. They are fully equipped with a Fridge, Mini Stove, Sink, coffee Maker and M
Carpet was very clean as well as the bathroom.
Affordable compared to the hotels in FW, Took Uber to go the downtown. only 4-minute ride and $5 Charge. Worked out perfect.
Hotel includes breakfast. Not full breakfast but enough items to choose from, to get you to lunch time.
This hotel is perfect for a family. and you don't want to pay the premium of staying at downtown FW.
A couple of things that I observed. The door to access the Bathroom, is on the side of the bed, makes uncomfortable when ever time somebody goes to the Bathroom as you open the door, and you get all the light, plus there no privacy whenever you open the door. Boomer.
Also, more than a few times, I heard steps from the room above, as well as people talking and walking on the hallway. This has to more with the Room Design, insulation.
Overall good experience.

Room Tip: try to pick a room that does not have the door to the Bathroom right next to the bed

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us. We are almost 6 years old and we take pride in maintaining a nice and clean hotel. Your review I'm sure was very helpful for our guests. Yes, we are very close to Downtown, a short inexpensive uber/taxi or 10-15 walk. Glad you were able to enjoy the city and had a overall good experience. We look forward to having you again soon!

Just returned from a Saturday night stay during the rodeo. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The kitchen in the room was stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc and included a full-size fridge. The bed was extremely cozy. The room was very clean and everything seemed in good working order. The location was convenient to downtown, the stockyards, and the rodeo grounds. I would stay here again.

One of the nicest places to stay in downtown Fort Worth. The suite was roomy, comfortable and clean. It was nice to know that we had a kitchenette had we needed it. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and good. We especially liked the large, nicely decorated dining area to eat breakfast. Most hotels have a 10 x 12 room for folks to find a place to eat breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We plan to come back again for a longer stay next time.

We were in Fort Worth with family for a wedding. This was overall a decent place to stay but just not more than a three star hotel. I came away with both pros and cons.

On the pro-side of the review were the staff, the breakfast, and the décor. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and consisted of the typical breakfast items generously presented in a clean, attractive fashion. I absolutely loved the colors used throughout the hotel for the walls, flooring, and furniture. I really looked past the average quality of the linens (towels and bedding) and furniture with scratches because of the attractiveness of the brilliant choices for the color scheme. I felt like I was in a 4-star hotel with upscale décor.

On the con-side of the review were the location, mattress, and the lighting. When looking at the map, this location appears perfect for a downtown stay. Once you get there, however, you realize that you must jump through hoops to get into the hotel parking lot. The mattress was horrible. The first night we got no sleep but by the second night we were so tired that the mattress did not make a difference. One of my preferences is that I must have a nightlight. The room was wired so that there were groupings of lights which were all on or all off. We ended up with the bathroom lights and bathroom exhaust fan on all night. Yep, we listened to the exhaust fan all night while sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress which needed to be replaced.

Thank you for taking the time and providing us your pros and cons from your recent stay with us. We love to hear feedback from our guests. Regarding your cons, I am very sorry to hear you did not have a good night sleep due to the mattress and lightning in the room. Regarding the lighting, there is master switch at the entrance of the room, which controls most of the lights. However, the lights in the bathroom are separate, so these should turn on/off as normal. I am very sorry this was not the case. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Again, thank you staying with us and for providing your feedback. We hope to service you again next time you are in the Fort Worth area.

Good location and pretty easy walk to downtown restaurants. Nicely appointed rooms. (Tip—if you’re looking for the ice bucket, it’s in the freezer.) Very nice desk area for computer work. Breakfast was better than most and serviced in a pleasant area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
