Love to visit the Fort Worth Botanic Garden! They expanded the garden and added new bridges and waterfalls. The restaurant on-site is wonderful! Lots of walking if you want to see the whole thing, but definitely a treat.

I didn’t research enough and didn’t bring my son’s stroller so we had to leave once we walked his limit! It’s a huge garden and very pretty! Love that it’s free and the lady at the front desk was so nice!

We enjoyed walking through the gardens and just relaxing. There are multiple spots for lovely photos and place to sit and read. The gardens are well manicured and groomed. This is not a place that children would enjoy as it is just a piece of heaven in the middle of a busy bustling city. Take a stroll and enjoy a few hours to yourself.

My daughter and I visited the gardens during my trip down for her grad. A lot of work has gone into the gardens. Very beautiful and easily accessible trails. Lots of bird sounds. We ate at the Gardens Restaurant. Small menu but very good. Sandwiches, paninis, soups. Mimosas and beer in addition to the regular coffee. Tea and cold drinks. Not difficult to get to. Entry is free except for the Japanese Gardens or if there is a special event like the symphony.

I have never been to a garden like this with such a lack of directional signs. Crazy!!! Come on staff, make it easier for people to find that lovely Japanese Garden. We were unable to locate quite a few of the areas on the map... working staff along the garden paths were very helpful. Still a great place to go and lunch was delicious at the restaurant.
