You’re next stay in Dallas needs to be here. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. The staff at the front desk was great, and happy to assist with anything at all.
The bar in the lobby is a great place to meet/ wait on your party while enjoying a drink.
They even have a barbershop connected to the lobby! Get your haircut or beard trimmed before a night out, or before you head into that business meeting.
I will absolutely stay here again.

Great staff, atmosphere, service, rooms, and food/drinks. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Room has a stunning view on the 20th floor. Everything needed was in walking distance or inside of the hotel.

I have never stayed in a hotel where I was treated as a resident. The staff is overly accommodating, kind, and friendly. Everything is perfection from the bedding to the in room dining experience. There are several areas in the hotel to experience, therefore, if you are in town for business or for fun, you will not have a dull moment. I also HIGHLY recommend working out at the gym and visiting the spa! It is truly a delight! AND to top off your stay visit the Monarch, this is a NEW culinary experience for Dallas, and Texas! I look forward to my next visit.

The lady and myself stayed here for a recent staycation anniversary celebration and couldn't be happier about our choice! We were greeted by friendly front desk staff and offered water immediately, and our bellhop was more than accommodating by personally grabbing us ice for the room after getting us settled in and giving a quick tour of our room (a luxurious king room on the top floor, with an amazing view). A handwritten note and complimentary bottle of red greeted us, and we slept like happy babies in the uber-comfy bed. Furniture and accents were tasteful and modern, bonus points for having an exceptional in-room minibar and handy wine decanter for our red!
We asked about a place to grab a quick coffee before our date night, but after ascertaining that most of the places nearby were closed (thanks covid), they sent up a personal coffee maker! Breakfast room service was prompt and super tasty, and the shower was nothing short of exceptional, paired with their exclusive toiletries. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Dallas for any reason!

I found this hotel online when I was looking for a fun hotel to stay for a staycation. This hotel is so beautiful! It used to be an old bank and they have tons of beautiful artwork everywhere. The rooms are huge with the most beautiful decor. Staff is extremely friendly too. Will definitely be back!
