A wonderful restaurant with wide variety of delicious Spanish food. The paella is one of the best ones I've ever tasted in Spain. Wines and Spanish ham are a must try here.

The owner is most of the time there taking care of the customers and making them feel like home.

One year after our last review, Costa Brava is as good or better than before. The place is always full, so make sure to reserve a table before going. The Seafood Salpicon was excellent and generous enough to share; the Poussin (Squab) was outstanding: moist inside, tender and flavorful; the Suckling Pig was the best in town: crispy but ot chewy skin, tender and juicy inside: the Lamb Chops were perfectly grilled to medium rare and were as flavorful as can be, without being gamy. The seared snapper was light and delicious. The rice pudding (Arroz con Leche) is one of the best in town and I prefer it to the Indian variation. The wine list has grown and evolved: it is even better today, with excellent representation of Spanish wine regions, and a few choices for thos tied to California or France.

I have eaten there about 3 times. It has always been excellent. It is small and quiet. Its only drawback is that it is fairly expensive, but nice for a special occasion

A colleague recommended Costa Brava a couple if years back and my wife and I finally tried it taking Uber from St. Regis. The proprietor Kitty welcomed us and we had a remarkable Tapas feast with very good, reasonably priced wine. Been back two more times. It is really a small neighborhood restaurant with world class food quality and hospitality.
