We dined in on a Sunday evening. We had a party of 7 adults and 3 children. The appetizers were ok. The calamari was sent back due to it being mostly breading and dry. When the entrees showed up, they were tasteless, unseasoned and so full of oil/grease. The children had ordered the kids pizzas, but they were lukewarm when they were brought out. A few people ordered the crab cakes, and they were full of filler and not good at all. One of the shrimp scampi was asked to be sent back for being so greasy, it was not edible. Out of 10 entrees and appetizers, the only SEMI GOOD thing was the mashed sweet potatoes and gator bites. The waitress was another story. She didn’t seem interested in serving us at all. When my husband ordered a side of scallops (4) and she brought out 3 and ½ (one seemed to be cut in half or even looked bitten off), he informed her of it and she just looked at him and shrugged… he had to ASK her for another one. When the bill came, the shrimp scampi that was sent back was not taken off the bill and when we asked the waitress about it, she said she didn’t think it was supposed to be sent back. THE PLATE WAS STILL ON THE TABLE UNTOUCHED. She sent the manager over but he also didn’t seem interested in helping. No apologies or anything. This was one of the worst customer service we received. Waitress is lucky that gratuity was automatically added on due to our party size because she clearly didn’t deserve what she got from us. We are from out of town and thought this would be a nice place to dine just by driving by but we were very wrong. We could have gone to PUBLIX down the street and cooked our own dinner for what we paid for this dinner. Usually, I can handle bad food at a restaurant, but this was also horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Started with the apps. Had the gator bites. Very well proportioned and tender. Whiskey shrimp was delightful. Dinner was the Sailors catch. Grouper was topped with garlic parmesan sauce. Excellent.

Awesome in every aspect. Party of 90+. We held an end of the year event for 25 players and parents and coaches. Upon arrival we discovered that the original discussed plans had been changed or micscomunnicated, however the plan in place was more than enough. The managers on duty were more than accommodating of our needs, and continued to shift on the fly when we continued to add to our party. Tables and chairs seemed to just appear to accommodate us. The service, wow! Second to none. The server that addressed the coaches and ALL the players must be a magician. I’ve been in food service 30+ years, and know the struggles, especially in the PF, sevierville area. This server, she was amazing. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. We gave her full reign to handle our rambunctious kids, however she navigated through the evening with not one hiccup. And the food, amazing. I had the Cavatappi dish, and it was loaded with seafood options. Delicious. Our parents echoed the same sentiments throughout the evening of the other servers and the food in our party.

In the time of Covid-19, most places wouldn’t dare to accept our group. However Harpoon Harry’s accepted us, navigated the restrictions in place and delivered an exceptional dining experience, even with a party of our size. My only regret was that gratuity was automatically added to our bill, and that our cooperation was paying, so I could not add any further gratuity to the bill. If I could have, I would’ve doubled the 20% because they absolutely earned every penny and more. Thank you for a great evening

We come here a few times a year. We love the food and atmosphere. The food was good as always,but prepare for a wait. They are definitely understaffed. The bright spot was our server, Keith. He made the wait bearable. He kept our drinks full and checked on us appropriately. Kudos for the service. Without it, we wouldn't be back.

got there about 6 on a wed. evening. very few people in the restaurant. Seated quickly at a table directly across from a booth where others were seated with many tables not being utilized that were more socially distant. Ordered appetizer. Asked server multiple times for plates . He brought 1 for me since i was the one who asked. Food arrived $100 for crab legs that were COLD. Waited for him to come back he took them back- they were returned to us heated by the manager. No apology. The worst complaint was the lack of proper masking by the wait staff. Even after I mentioned it- he still did not cover his nose with the mask. I was very uncomfortable with that. Total bill was 120+ Have had much better service, much better food at lots of places. Lots of places in the Smokies to eat.
