Nice shady RV sites, that backed up to a little rippling creek. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when we inquired about the location of certain area attractions. The bathhouse was always clean, and trash was kept picked up. For Class A & Class C campers without an additional vehicle, the campsite is on the area trolley route that services each stop about every 45 minutes, that can get you to most every attraction in the Pigeon Forge area.

Staff was very accommodating. Concrete pads at every sitewere very nice. Some road noise on the edge of the campground, but very convenient to town. Bathrooms and laundry were very nice, but the wi fi left a lot to be desired.

This campground used to be one of our favorites, but since they've redone the showers (which look nicer) they no longer have shelves in them to put your shampoo etc & they're is absolutely NO WATER PRESSURE! If they're hoping to save water that's not gonna happen cause you have to use 3 times the normal just to get rinsed! Also, you have to use hot water only for it to be warm enough to wash in the cooler months. (we stayed Apr.19 - 22) And, it's COLD in there. However, the people are nice, the lots are nice & the place is clean. The internet was too slow to even bother with this time altho, I don't remember it being that slow in the past. It's a really good place to stay if you don't want to use their showers or the internet.

It is a beautiful park, especially the creekside sites, and the access to Dolly Parton Parkway is very nice. However, the person I made the reservation with the day we checked in failed to mention their ONE women's bathroom/shower and their ONE men's bathroom/shower would be closed! I suppose for those travelers who have the 43 foot diesel pushers with 2 bathrooms don't really care about these things, but for those of us who have a 20 ft van conversion with a wet bath, this is why we spend the money for a nice RV Park after boondocking for several nights! The reason the bathrooms/showers were closed was they decided the OPENING DAY OF DOLLYWOOD would be a great time to put a fresh coat of paint on the walls...ugh...seriously?? So disappointed!
