This is a really well layed out visitors centre. It is high on the hill in the main street taking in the views as well as the Warburton shopping strip. The centre has a huge range of information brochures as well as Customer Service if required.
They also have a huge range of hand made items from local producers for sale as well as local wine. There is a small art gallery with pictures for sale.
For the young children there is an indoor forest called Platypus Walk for them to enjoy. I thought this display was excellent.
Outside next to the centre is a wall of murals lining the old railway platform. Each picture displays a story to the Warburton towns history.
Well worth a visit to the centre and the mural wall.

Great visitor's centre, staff really knowledgeable & the shop is stocked with quality products. Dont miss the excellent display of stuffed (as in taxidermied!) native animals & little art gallery.

The staff were talking amongst themselves, so we don't have an opinion on their helpfulness or friendliness. The centre itself had plenty of information, local handmade products, a small art gallery, some lovely steps leading up to it and a waterwheel. We mostly enjoyed the murals out the back along the old railway platform-they were so interesting

Clean toilets, great range of local information with plenty of pamphlets and local knowledge. Also a small art gallery with lovely pieces, we bought a print.

Wanting to seek out an old boarding lodge of the 50's that no longer goes under the same name, the ladies in the information were very obliging and found the new name and gave us directions to find the location of this lodge. I'm very grateful for their assistance and for also giving us an idea of a few places to visit whilst in Warburton.
