Wow! Brilliant location with great food and beer.
Tasting paddles of beer a great way to sample the boutique beers of Red HIll Brewery.
Food - fantastic. Brilliant smoked brisket, pulled pork, amazing ribs, Mac and cheese, home style baked beans, unbelievably good smoked mushroom salad, and coleslaw. Something here for everyone but I would reccomend the Ribs and the smoked mushroom salad. Such a relaxing venue, in the shade and surrounded by trees.
A must for all ages who want a day out from e city or just cruising the area.

Visited here with a girlfriend as we wanted to try something different instead of a winery.
We both bought a Tasting Paddle each as we couldn't decide which beer we wanted to try- would recommend as you got to taste a bit of all of them! some of them weren't for my taste buds but that's the fun of trying all the different beers!

we didn't eat here but we did take home of there delicious Home Made Tomato Sauce and Mustard!!

Came down for the new BBQ from
Boomtown, was a great lunch we had the pulled pork, pulled lamb, sausage, brisket, cornbread, Mac and cheese and pickles and finished it off with an apple pie and ice cream. All of it was spot on with the lamb and brisket the winners with the sausage and Mac n cheese also a highlight. Had the beer tasting paddle and then went back for a pint of my favourite out of those. All in all a good day out with a great lunch

We arrived at midday for the BBQ with two couples and a total of four kids in tow. It took a while to secure a table for all of us as it's so popular. We had kids sitting and adults standing and sampling beer while we waiting for our food.

When our food arrived, it was simply meat on a tray ..... we'd missed the memo that the pulled pork and beef brisket was just that. No burger bun, no sides. It was super tasty and we were really satisfied but when we go back next time we'll know to order coleslaw, cornbread, pickled vegetables etc.

A couple of the kids ordered macaroni cheese which was a huge hit. It does come with paprika on it which could put off fussier kids.

It's an open air affair and very relaxed. Meals were on share platters. There were a few kids about but not ideally set up for them we'd brought colouring in which kept our munchkins entertained.

The setting for this place is fantastic. A country brew house with a veranda style eating area. t's really all about the great beers but they also serve smokehouse foods like brisket and pulled pork. The special on this day was a jalapeno and cheese sausage that was sensational.

I have to say that they overcharge for the food. You don't get much. It's served on a paper placemat. A lot of hours go into making smokehouse food but I do thing the portions should be larger.

The beers are great. Again, it's expensive to drink here, but I enjoy coming anyway and will go again.

A great place to put on your itinerary when touring the Mornington Peninsular.
