Service was outstanding as was the wine. Really can't fault anything, I had the vegetation dishes which were amazing. Both had a lovely smoke favour and very filling so I didn't need dessert. My husband loved his steak but was a little disappointed in the Lamb entre as there was more salad than meat.. lovely view over the vineyard, couldn't ask for anything more!

Best wines and service, far superior to Ten Minutes by Tractor. Wonderful staff and wines that are exceptional with some good value for money. Their top of the range The Paringa Shiraz is clearly one of the very best wines in Australia.

Booked in for lunch at Paringa Estate on a perfect Autumn day. Although the restaurant was booked out, we were offered a table outside on the balcony. I was happy, provided there was shade and the food and service were the same. It turned out they were, perhaps even better due to the vista. The balcony overlooks the vineyard and while dining we we able to observe grapes being unloaded for the crusher. It added immeasurably to the experience.

On arrival we were greeted warmly and offered a wine tasting prior to being seated. This was both illuminating and practical as it helped us decide on a wine for lunch. Thanks to our waitress, service was timely, warm, polite and knowledgeable. We were treated to lovely fresh olive bread, salt and olive oil plus a compound butter. Lunch is a fixed price, set menu of two or three courses. There is plenty of choice. We had Zucchini flowers, salt baked prawn, Aylesbury Duck and John Dory. Everything we chose was cooked to perfection and featured lots of tasty surprises from locally grown herbs, fruit and vegetables. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Although full, we opted to share a dessert and a cheese platter. We were so glad we did. The quenelles of chocolate mousse, fennel ice cream, local blackberries and crunchy elements was absolutely delicious, as was the cheese plate.

Paringa Estate is a wonderful destination. The food and service is excellent, it is a great venue in the midst of a picturesque vineyard and only a bit over an hours drive from Melbourne. Highly recommended.

The restaurant offers view of the vineyard. Cute geese on site roaming around. Beautiful place to walk around in. Beautiful venue. Good wine (red and white).

Had lunch on a Sunday at this winery. The restaurant ovelooks the vineyard and is next to the tasting bar. There are lovely tableclothes and cutlery and the effect is very special. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and there is a varied winelist although many of them were out of our price range.
We had a very enjoyable lunch with our friends although it is not a cheap meal but the quality was worth it.
