Always visit this pub when staying at the Lakes. Good honest food for a reasonable price. We both had the local King George Whiting with chips and salad. Whiting was cooked perfectly, as were the chips. Unfortunately, like a lot of places, the bowls of salad tasted as if they'd been stored in refrigeration with uncooked seafood, thus imparting that unmistakable taste. That aside the fish and chips were a huge meal on their own.
The view from this pub is beautiful and the local "pet" pelican very entertaining. Well worth a visit.
