I realise it's a busy time of year for those take away shops that are open but...2 hours for fish and chips with only 2 staff taking orders, frying and packing/wrapping orders is not good enough. To top it off, all food was cold when it got home and I had to re-fry my flake as it was so soggy and looked undercooked. Chips Ahoy has definately gone down hill but having enough properly trained staff would make a huge difference. Not the only time I've had a long wait for a very basic order.
