Old fashioned but very nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.Nice little outside nook. Central. Come to think about it... What more could you want. I would definately stay here again.

We pre booked this hotel and are very satisfied. Great location in the center of Flinders (but quite) and in a old fashion (but functional and clean) style motel. Nice host, friendly coffees and restaurant and just a little walk to the pier and golf course. If the mattresses (common problem in most places) would be a bit (newer) stiffer - it would be a 5 out of 5.

We spent 2 nights at the Flinders Cove Motel, location and room size is fantastic! but insufficient hot water flow in the bath room. Anyway, we were happily stayed with my dog. Indoor heated pool usually but unfortunately not this weekend. Breakfast not provided but kettle and toaster in the room is convenience for us.

Room Tip: Rooms with the backyard is good for my pet.

We recently stayed here over a long weekend and it was very good. It's the sort of place where you get exactly what you pay for. Clean, warm and no fuss rooms. The location is perfect. You could easily leave the car parked for a few days and walk around town and to the esplanade. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. My only negative comment is the room we were in was adjacent to the swimming pool and when the pump kicked in it was a bit noisy, especially overnight. However if you avoid those rooms you'll have no complaints.

Room was clean and quite spacious.Ensuite was large and well appointed. The room had the usual stuff, as well as a microwave and kitchen sink. Beds were reasonable comfortable. The air-con did not seem to work properly... as it was 3 degrees overnight, we turned it on to warm, but it did not heat the room at all. The small outdoor area at the back of the room was a disgrace... it was just dismal! 3 plastic chairs and no table, and the two plants were almost dead.. Our room was in the corner, accessed by a dingy short hallway. As the motel wasn't really budget, we expected better.

Room Tip: Avoid the room in the corner.
