Description: Bryn at Porth Eirias With his wealth of experience as one of Britain's top chefs, Bryn Williams brings his take on a beach-front bistro to the North Wales Coast. This big open space with its easy, informal mood has an open kitchen where Bryn's team of chefs turn simple, local, seasonal ingredients into extraordinary bistro-style food. Menus are served all day by interesting people who really understand food, and there are no rules, so you can do what you like: tuck into breakfast, graze over small plates at the bar, share a Sunday feast with family, watch the sun go down with friends. Good times with good people, and no distance between you and the beach.

Managed to book a table for lunch whilst holidaying in Rhos on Sea as I had been given a voucher and was so pleased to get in. The service was exceptional and the girls were polite and informative. The food was fabulous and the baked Alaska the best I've ever had. Not sure why other reviewers were disappointed because we found everything lovely and will definitely visit again if we are in the area.

We visited the cafe this morning wanting to support local trades people in these difficult times.
Sadly it was a poor experience that I won’t be repeating . After interrupting a more important conversation with her work colleague the young lady who took our order clearly found us an irritation and wanted us out ASAP .
We then had been misinformed that we could sit on the terrace , only two others there social distancing etc to be hurried out of our seats as they are only for restaurant customers . Ok I can understand but no one in use a little customer service and common sense .
Such a poor experience never to be repeated

So pleased to return to our favourite place. Wonderful dining room and views, modern style decor and divers menu featuring local produce. Reasonable pricing and good service. Thank you and look forward to returning soon.

We have visited twice recently, just for drinks. Hot drinks are reasonably priced, alcoholic on the high end though worth it for the lovely view as we sat outside in the sun. Waitress was pleasant and service was good. My coffee was luke warm though I didn't mind as it was a hot day anyway. We returned at noon the second time, this time we requested a table outside and received quite a rude response from a male. It was as though it was a problem to seat us, then he abruptly told us to sit on the table in the corner outside. Lots of outdoor seating was available so I can't see what the problem was, other couples were able to choose then only ordered tap water. We chose not to eat there as prices appeared high for a mediocre establishment and choices very limited. I think it's actually the setting that makes this a popular place.
Toilets!!!! Absolutely a disgrace.

Pleasantly surprised to see Bryn on the pass! Food was good, nice and light, perfect for a beautiful bank holiday summer's day. Service was good also. Went the loos after 1st course, all were closed apart from a disbaled toilet, tried again after the main course, 4 people in the queue so again, returned to the table, I was that uncomfortable by this point that I couldn't risk ordering more drinks. Eventually I got to the queue with only 2 people ahead of me so decided to wait. A young lad came out and advised the rest of us to avoid going in as it was that blocked it was almost overflowing!! Ruined our first date night in 8 months, very disappointed, why on earth is there only 1 loo in use for the entire restaurant?! Really is unbelievable!!
