A truly fabulous hotel catering for every demographic. The restaurants are amazing offering a variety of dinning experiences. If wish for more peace & quiet, the room service is quick, efficient with no change in quality all served by the most professional staff.
The hotel itself is so convenient as a base to visit anywhere on the island, and the staff are able to assist with any queries and offer advice.
Well worth a visit and experience true luxury in a bustling surrounding with every amenity you could possible need

Where will I start . From entering the hotel to leaving,, all I can say is “ it was wonderful “. The Receptionist who greeted us was Irish and made us “ So welcome. That to me is so important. When we were taken to our room ,,we were very happy . It had all the amenities you would expect. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready ,,so we went to The Champagne Bar ,, the staff there were lovely and straight away,we knew we had made a good choice with this hotel. We did have Spa treatments and also great. Breakfast in the morning,, was great . So much choice.
So want to say a BIG thank you to the hotel staff who made our stay “ A fabulous memory. “

Just back from the Grand and would like to thank the staff for making my 60th Birthday special, from the moment you arrive you are greeted in a genuine heart felt way , like to thank Paul & Cameron for this and Charlotte the supervisor on reception for sorting our room as our travel company had not told them we had upgraded. the room was super yes tired here and there but nothing to moan about, Matthew and Titus on the terrace bar were fantastic and severed us everyday with a smile and we had some great conversation with then both, the breakfast was top class everything you could think of to start your day, I gave it a 4 star as my wife was upset about the relaxation room in the spa to find 2 people eating and drinking and chatting loudly in there and on complaining to manger found him to be none understanding, she let this go but on return to the spa in the afternoon he confronted her again about what had happened that morning and this time found him to be rude, on complaining to reception found that he had moaned about her , a relaxation room is exactly that it is not a room to have a chat food and drinks in.. and talking to other guest they had also had a similar experience in there. but over all a fantastic time was had.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your 60th birthday celebrations with us and glad you had a fantastic time.

We appreciate your understanding with the correct information not being provided to us in advance and glad Charlotte was able to remedy this for you. The team really do have an amazing ability to make our guests feel welcome and I was glad to see this was the case for you as well.

Having asked for feedback about this situation from our Health Club & Spa Manager, there do appear to be a few discrepancies between your wife's and the team members accounts, nevertheless the feedback is noted and will be shared accordingly.

It was great to see Paul, Cameron, Matthew, Titus and Charlotte all made such a positive impact on your stay and they will each be thrilled to receive a personal mention.

We booked an afternoon tea in th Champagne lounge. I cannot recommend it enough. The service was outstanding, so friendly and welcoming from the minute we stepped through the door until we left afterwards. The surroundings were so lovely and we were shown to a table by the window with views over the sea and towards Elizabeth Castle. The actual afternoon tea was well presented and absolutely delicious. The little edible garden plant pots were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our first taste of jersey black butter to accompany the scones. We also felt so relaxed and not rushed giving us time to enjoy the experience and completely relax. We will definitely be back when we return to Jersey.

We stayed at the grand Jersey last weekend for my partners 30th, we had such a fantastic stay. All the staff are so friendly and attentive, a special shout out to Rosana who the whole time were there worked her socks off! She was so thoughtful and attentive and such a credit to the hotel. Judy also was fabulous and made it special for my partner. We will 100% be back soon!
