Thursday, February 4, 2021 I brought a group of 39 to Freddy's. The food was great, the staff was friendly and super efficient. Special thanks to Ben, he was a pleasure to work with. We will see you again the next time we are in Knoxville!

Great burger. Cold fries. Went there 2 nights in a row. First night staff was friendly. Second night, not so much. On second night, I Ordered cheese fries and was given cold fries with shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Cheese would not melt obviously. Asked the young lady about it and was told that they was out of the nacho/ liquified cheese and that was how she was told to do it. Poor service.... on top of that, didn’t even get rewards points for either visit. Yes we frequent Freddy’s at other locations. Will not be going back to this one.

These burgers are the flatter, greasier steakburgers which we love - they have so much flavor and they're very similar to Steak 'n Shake burgers, but they're also more expensive than Steak 'n Shake. So, as much as I enjoy the Freddy's burgers - the frozen custard is just 'eh', I'll stick with Steak 'n Shake which is a better deal and just as good.

Love this place. Hamburgers and cheese curds are the best. Tommy the GM makes the experience a pleasure. Looking forward to eat at the new Sevierville, Tn location. Hope their will be another Tommy to operate and manage this location.

First time here. Steak burgers were delicious. The frozen custard was rich and creamy. Dining room was spotless and the service was attentive. We're already planning our next trip there.
