Parking is across the street from the hotel that offers free valet parking.
Hotel is part of thecTin Lizzie Casino.
Breakfast room is very small and thus crowded.
Room could have been cleaner as I found a katchup packet on the floor under the table.
If you open the window there is raod noise most of the night.

We stayed here 3 nights in Deadwood ,South Dakota. Accommodations were excellent! Hotel was very clean and our room was quiet! We were not sure about the hotel, since it had a casino on the main floor, but , it was not an issue. The front desk was always staffed with excellent people, really ready to answer any question or solve any problem you had. The breakfast room was clean and food was hot and plentiful. Nice touch was 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby! Other hotels are eliminating this nice perk. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

The desk staff was very courteous, and as this was our first time in Deadwood, they were very helpful with directions - even Googled directions for us just to confirm. The head of housekeeping is a very wonderful lady. On our last breakfast at the hotel, she chatted with us, and we felt as if we had known her for a long time. Very sweet, bubbly person.
Breakfast area could use additional space. Breakfast was included in room price. Selection of breakfast items was average. The location of the hotel's restaurant was provided to us by desk staff, and a sign in the elevator clearly gives location as well. Food was good; nice buffet.
The room was nice, big enough for three, and very clean. Carpets were not worn - so no fear of walking barefoot. The furniture was new, bedding was comfortable. No problem with parking, except late Friday afternoon when the gamblers hit the casino(s).
Plenty to see in Deadwood. Nice clean town. However, if travelling with children, because of all the casinos, I would not recommend a stay in Deadwood.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. We were welcomed by the desk staff and they were very helpful! The head of house keeping was terrific - she found a special sweatshirt we left behind and then mailed it to us. This was very kind of her and above and beyond her responsibilities. Thank you! Now, the room - well that was under renovation but almost done so we stayed.I think once done it will be nicer. Overall we did not like Deadwood - we don't gamble and we don't smoke. We had to be careful because we were watched - our grandchildren could only follow us to the restaurant and not get close to the machines which was very difficult. The pool was large and warm but needs to be nicer and re-done. They should also have a hot tub. The breakfast area was small and cramped - it was nothing more than a room. Improvements are underway and I hope they are done soon!

Room Tip: If you like to gamble and smoke then go here, just remember you cannot smoke in the room.

When we arrived at the hotel we could not find a parking spot in the lot because it was full. We pulled into the driveway by the front entry but there was a car blocking the exit. At check in, the staff member left us with the impression that we were inconveniencing her. She gave us our room keys and advised us that our stay included breakfast in the morning. I asked where breakfast would be located and she replied "on the second floor" as she rolled her eyes back. I told her that we did a drive through of the parking lot and it appeared to be full. I asked if there was anywhere else to park and the reply was "in the parking lot." Not very helpful at all.

We backed out of the driveway due to the same car still blocking the exit. I followed some people across the street and was able to take their spot.

Our room had above average traffic noise which lead to a less than peaceful sleep.

In the morning, we found ourselves as well as other guests searching for the breakfast area. Once we located it, we found it to be very small. There was little room for people to get by each other and, as like the parking lot, people were hovering around waiting for others to leave in order to get a spot.
