We stopped after hearing good things about Hobo’s. The place was busy which is usually a good sign. Of the 4 of us I had Cajun Dry rub wings with a side of medium sauce, quite good. Another had one of their burgers and said it was very good. Steak salad was rather plain. The Southwest salad was a lot the Southwest veggies/beans and kinda short on the salad part. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a salad.

Timothy, it's great you enjoyed the Cajun wings and burger, but we apologize if the salads left something to be desired. Hoping you will stop by again soon so we can make up those two stars for you!

Sincerely,
The Hobo's Team

Stopped by before dinner for happy hour. The staff is very friendly, and you can sit inside or out on the patio. The main dining room feels a little dated, but the food and service make up for it. Enjoyed pimento fritters and a couple local beers. They have so many on draft at great prices. We even came back after dinner for the spiked milkshakes. They seem a bit pricey but are strong pours, so worth it. They even had live acoustic music on patio. Would definitely come back for dinner here and try more of the menu.

Started here as a meeting spot and had great dinner and conversation. Once the meeting adjourned, those of us who wanted to stick around grabbed some drinks and had a beautiful evening watching the sun set. The food is good and the outdoor patio is awesome. Bring your sunglasses, though!

Stopped by for a first-time visit. Open and spacious - high backed booths for some degree of privacy, twelve - TWELVE! TVs going, ration of wait staff was 2 per table at the time, and while "Happy Hour" hadn't arrived yet, the populace wasn't waiting.
Cheerful waitress who met our every request. Atmosphere - somewhat quiet but festive.
Wait time? Good. Food? Not southern comfort food, but serving size was plenty. Meal? Bun - not King's Hawaiian, but still good, though a little charred on top. Burger - perfectly cooked by but itself lacked some flavor. Fries - tasty but left in the fryer too long. Tacos - where's the meat? When put together in their various combinations - very tasty. And the sauce? You've heard of a brain-freeze? This was a brain-burn. Must have been some sort of jalapeno mayonnaise that I was handed. A dollop of that on the burger gave an experience that was totally unexpected,

Other? Firewater on tap and in bottles? Too many to count.
Parking - street or in the back - just don't try to exit during rush hour.
Repeat visit? Maybe after trying some other stops in the area when passing through.

Art, we're glad you stopped by, but we wish your dishes had been more impressive. Everything you order should come out well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, and we're sorry if that wasn't the case. We look forward to showing you a five-star experience next time.

Sincerely,
The Hobo's Team
