This place doesn’t take reservations. It is small. You will have to wait. It is ABSOLUTELY worth it. This place has amazing food, with plenty of options for those not actually interested in the raw bar. The service and atmosphere were great and the food was delicious!

Fresh seafood expertly prepared. We tried a plate of raw oysters and shrimp, the lobster roll, and the special fish sandwich of the day- a "reubennish" swordfish served with a rye bun . All items were delicious. I would highly recommend. The wait was only 10-15 minutes for an early dinner.

We’ve been visiting 167 Raw almost since they first opened. The service has always been gracious, the ambiance relaxed, and the food delicious and well presented. It’s a small place, but worth the wait - with a variety of seafood selections, fresh guacamole and chips, and yummy pork carnitas. One of our favorite places for a quick bite!!

We visited for labor day weekend and ate a lot. Many places the price was not worth the food. But this place! This was Foodie paradise! We got to sit facing the kitchen and watching them prepare the meals which was fun. We ordered the lobster roll ( if you do nothing else in Charleston you must get this lobster roll! ), and the Tuna burger. Both were amazing! Would highly recommend going to eat here while in Charleston. Warning though they do not take reservations and seating is limited. But very well worth a wait!

As often happens when a place is over-hyped, the prices go up and the service goes down. This place is so tiny, cramped and over-hyped that at main mealtimes people are told that they have to wait 60-90 min to be served.

We had walked a long way, so we decided to order a take-away rather than just leave like many were doing. Our lobster roll was good, but no better than many I've had, and twice the price! We paid $63 dollars for 2 lobster rolls and one small bottle of water. And having paid that much we weren't even given serviettes or paper napkins!

We also asked the person in charge if he knew of a taxi service we could phone. He said yes, that he'd look one up for us since their WiFi is not accessible to customers, but he came past us three times and made no attempt to help us. When we tried to hand in our take-out bag in order not to litter, we were told to take it elsewhere!

It seemed clear that this manager has so many clients he doesn't need to take care of them. Well, we shall not bother him with our custom any more and suggest to others that it's not worth the walk, there are plenty of other good-quality seafood places in this city with much more honest prices and less attitude.
