Room was small, but clean Requested room with balcony and did not get. Breakfast was another story. Food was cooked to order. Husband and I placed our order for omelets to have chef roll his eyes at us. Cranberry juice was sour, strawberries for waffles had an odd taste and coffee was Burnt awful. Breakfast made us unwilling to try restaurant on site for dinner. TV got like 10 channels. Staff did there job but unfriendly. Stay in many hotels over the past couple years and this ranks as one of our worst experiences.

We stayed in a Streamside room. You need to call the hotel directly to book this type of room which overlooks a beautiful stream with small waterfalls. There are two chairs and a small table on the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The room was spacious but the pocket door to the bathroom was hard to open and close. We had an entertaining Hibachi dinner at Shogun followed by live music and dancing at the hotel. There is an outdoor bar and restaurant overlooking the stream, as well as indoor dining and brick oven pizza. However, this hotel is very spread out with lots of stairs to get to different parts of the hotel. We used the pool, which was clean. Every staff member we encountered was very polite. This site says that breakfast is included, which is not true. We will definitely be back

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight trip and were left feeling meh. Hotel was outdated and had a musty smell. The only positive was that this was in a convenient area and there was a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts. The food from the hotel restaurants wasn’t bad either.

We recently stayed at the Woodlands and I would sum it up as a disaster. The hotel is very dated and looks like something out of the 70's and has not been updated since. Our stay was 3 days and due to COVID there is no Room Service. This means you get your towels and anything else normally provided, from the front desk. The hotel lost power one day and they did refund a day off our bill. Additionally, this place attracts a very rowdy element and there was a huge brawl on our floor which lasted all night and the Police were called finally to arrest the people. This is not a nice place and I do NOT recommend it.

Room tip: Not recommended
