We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we extended our stay at Peppers where we were before. As soon as we walked in the door, we found the coffee table dirty with cup marks, the carpet dusty and hairs in the bathroom. This place was dirty and in need of a good clean. The sofa cushions smelt bad and there was a musty smell about the whole place. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious. It was quite dark inside. We were at the back above the garage door, so it was noisy at times. We had secure parking and a luggage trolley available. The outdoor pool needed clarifying as it was mirky we didn't try it. The outdoor spa was not filled so couldn't use it. Location was convenient to cafes, woolworths and the beach. It was nice for walks nearby. I would stay elsewhere next time due to the unclean state of the apartment.

Our recent stay at this resort left us a little underwhelmed, great location opposite beach and close to all shops and restaurants but it is looking a little "tired" and could do with some revamping. No plug for kitchen sink, no complimentary washing powder to do 1 laundry load, no champagne glasses. Vanity basin in Master bedroom a little tacky. Signage to room numbers very poor, gardens needed attention and spa needed cleaning as musty smell. Staff friendly but not given Wifi password at Check in or advice on luggage trolley etc.

We had a 5 night stay and it was great for location, parking and size of apartments. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready after advising we would arrive at 2pm, check in time. Don't expect help with luggage and as there are multiple stairs after exiting lift could be a problem for some people. Rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Good WiFi and amenities in the room are good, but could have towels replaced after 2 days and some bathroom products apart from the soap would be nice. From other comments about the condition of the pool, it seems an ongoing standard, very cloudy, I wouldn't swim in it. I would suggest top floor rooms if you want best views.

Room Tip: Front ocean view room on top level. Very quiet

We are a couple in our 70's and found this resort was not suitable for us. After exiting the lift the 6 steps to get to the door of our apartment were not user friendly at all for these old legs. Of course hotel management would not have been aware of our age.We also found the access to the shower was very high to negotiate. I am mentioning these things so other older people are aware.
We did have some maintenance/cleaning issues such as a broken toilet seat lid, light globe not working on balcony, extremely dirty mirror in the bathroom and the previous tenants rubbish and milk still in our apartment.
We also were not very happy with our balcony as it overlooked the pool and therefore all we were looking at was the apartment doors and shutters across the way. Not very exciting as we like to sit out on the balcony over a glass of wine in the arvo or evening.
When I booked I did ask for an ocean view but was told they did not know which unit we would have at that time. My personal opinion is that none of the one bedroom units have an ocean view but I could be wrong.
The lift area and interior was looking quite tired but in a positive way the apartment itself was well equipped with kitchen items and utensils.
I do think it would have been nice if some laundry detergent was available and also complimentary shampoo and conditioner, only soap was provided.
We also did have a window maintenance man knock on the door one day to check the windows and I think we should have been notified in advance that this could happen, after all we didn't know if he was genuine or not.
The location was excellent , close to the beach, park and many eateries. A great place for younger people to stay.

Room Tip: If located facing the pool it can be quite noisy.
