When I 1st initially came to check in the night shift employee Anthony was extremely rude and arrogant- I started to turn around and walk out. The room was filthy -Sheets and towels had stains and pubic hair- Sink was stopped up and the walls were paper thin

We stayed March 1,2,3. The first night...the phone was broken...could not call front desk. The shower would not drain properly so I stood in cold water while I showered..The second night there was no wash cloths but they did give us clean towels. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom that I could see anyway or hear....so when you go to the bathroom...the aroma is in the room. The 3rd night...THE ROOM WAS NEVER TOUCHED...I came back to an unmade bed, and no clean towels or washcloths...ROOM WAS EXACTLY AS I LEFT IT...When I asked, they said the maid got sick so the rooms weren't cleaned...we had to use our dirty towels the next day as each time I needed to ask the hotel something, I had to exit my room and get on the elevator and walk to the front desk...with a broken phone...There is a sign that says its under new management. We have stayed there 2 other times& it was fine...The new management is running this hotel right into the ground, in my opinion...My daughter also had a room and hers was no better...there were 2 women going down on the elevator and they were telling my daughter how horrible their room was and that they would never stay there again. Breakfast was decent though. The price was not fair for the lack of service!!!! My daughter tried to get some help in her room as the tv wouldn't work AND NO ONE CAME TO HELP HER! Apparently when it was being cleaned (they must clean them at some point?)....they put it on the wrong channel manually when wiping...I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WIPED OFF THOUGH as the room was dirty

Staff very friendly. Clean rooms and clean lobby. I will definitely come back here. Definitely will tell friends and family. The staff respect the fact I have a service dog as well. Very quiet throughout the hotel. Bed is very comfortable. I am very pleased with everything.

I love staying at Ramada's, however, the check in experience was not very friendly. Checking out was more friendly. Our room was dirty,fireplace did not work and hot tub filthy. The hotel was very accommodating to make our stay more pleasure able. The woman who did the breakfast was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is located at near highway. The Rooms are neat and clean. In the room you can have coffee as maker is provided in the room. Fitness Center is also exist in the Hotel. Swimming Pool and breakfast is also ok
