Very nice hotel for my short stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my suit in the closet and the staff was able to locate it and sent to me at my home. The room was clean and the bed and pillows we're comfortable. Only thing missing was the sanitizing stickers on the door in the room so didn't know if that had been done. With covid the breakfast is limited to a fruit, yogurt or cereal. But you got to get downstairs before they're gone. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is complete false advertising, this place was disgusting. There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom and mold, bugs in the bathroom. Management did not do much of anything to fix the situation. First told we would get only one room replaced and it would be prepared when we came back from stepping out, this didn’t happen. Response for bugs was “there bugs everywhere we can’t avoid it u know?”. Hole was state from the hurricane. How can a facility have a damaged room and still allow rental with the knowledge of damage. People in my group have asthma and this was also told to management. The pool there was all not even blue the water was cloudy and tan colored. This place was an absolute disappointment. No one should stay in this place. Still no refund for the already paid for days and we didn’t even stay in this place. We packed up and went to another hotel the same day. Better business bureau has been contacted as well as the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Our stay there and complaints feel as if they are falling on deaf ears and it was taken as a joke. Photos are of damage in the room and the remains of ONE of the bugs that was able to be killed.

It was a very nice place to stay staff were amazing especially kyle at the front desk he had very great customer service anything we needed any questions he was very knowledgeable and polite i would would stay there again in a heart beat

We stay at this Sleep Inn on our travels with some regularity, if we don't drive straight through, so we stayed here last night. Still having to deal with Covid-19 restrictions, this facility appears to be well-practiced at making their guest feel secure within both the building and the individual rooms.

Yesterday was also the birthday of one of my kids and despite having everything stored safely, Evan didn't hesitate to get us forks, plates, and even several cups of milk so that we could enjoy my kid's birthday cake at 11pm, last night.

These little things, despite a very minimal breakfast during these times of COVID, always make this Sleep Inn, my lodging of choice in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Well done, again, folks!

Hotel did a superb job of keeping us safe travelling in the tough times of Covid-19. Rooms were vacant for a minimum of 72 hours between guests, and everything was well sanitized in and out of rooms. Bravo!
