The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was stylish and comfortable with a great view of downtown. The hotel is located right at the center of everything. The next time I'm back in Portland I'll be returning to The Heathman.More

We stayed at the Heathman for part of our honeymoon. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It was conveniently located with short Uber rides to different neighborhoods in the city. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a beautiful suite with living room and two bathrooms for our honeymoon! It was easy to get DoorDash to the hotel during covid restrictions!

I was surprised by the bride with a suite here at The Heathman Hotel for her wedding. Staff was kind of attentive at the front door and desk and very helpful as we trudged my massage table and supplies upstairs for a special session for my bride. The space is beautiful and clean and was perfect to treat her. I can't wait to stay again on return trips to Portland.

I would recommend the hotel. I booked it for work trip and my husband tagged along. The staff is so friendly and the room is great. Great location to walk around. I asked the front desk for bottle of champagne to celebrate my husband birthday. They found the last bottle they had and told me it is on the house. That was so nice of them. 10 out of 10 I will give them. Will come back!!

The hotel is located a few blocks from Pioneer square in downtown and perfect for people who want to walk around or take the trams. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is a chocolate store on the 1st floor that has sweets perfect for gifts.
