The ladies at the front desk are running a scam. They made me pay $500 with a deposit, then kicked me out of my room at 5am because I burned popcorn. They then want to keep my $500 and refuse a refund. Unreal. Thrives. I'm calling the police. Avoid this place like the plague.

If you are expecting a complimentary breakfast, as advertised, go somewhere else. If you’re looking for a quick route to the airport that’s painless. $10 a day parking isn’t too bad. Beats the airport.

It’s a run down hotel. We called the front desk and they said they had a 24 hour shuttle service and upon arrival they told me they did not. I only booked for the shuttle service. When I called the front desk to inform them that this happened they HUNG UP ON ME. Completely rude and disrespectful, uninformed staff.

This was the most distressed property I have ever stayed in. This is a disgrace to the Wyndham name. There was no smoke detector in the room, no security chain on the door, no privacy sign, a cracked toilet bowl, a chair that a homeless person would throw away, a rusted pitted lamp, blackout shades too small for the window and other failings as well!

I would not have chosen this hotel. My relative did because it was close to the airport. It looks like an apartment building. The lobby had an odor, which I can’t describe. The hotel has been updated, except for the well-worn/tacky hallway carpet. I did not see any elevators. I have never experienced such a dark and depressing room before. The room smelled like bleach -yuck! The a/c didn’t work and the front desk said to unplug and plug it in again. The bed was comfortable, but I did check for bed bugs and, luckily, there were none. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. But watch out, after using my hair-dryer, I unplugged it and was burned by the metal prongs on the power cord. Yikes! We chose not to have the free breakfast, kind of sketchy.
