The facility is not well maintained. Most of the staff seems disinterested in working in the hospitality industry. The restaurant staff is great though. There’s no complimentary food at all. This might be a convenient place if you’re attending an event in the same place. Otherwise, I would avoid it.

Family trip to the Grotto and Oregon outlet stores was very nice and the hotel stay was key to our endeavor. The hotel had a perfect view of the Portland downtown area and was near the train station and a shopping mall.
Enjoyed my stay for three nights. The rooms were super clean, and the property is across the street from the TriMet Max Red Line and the 70 bus which was super helpful for getting around without a car. The food and drinks are over priced (17 dollars for eggs and bacon) and the staff was not very familiar with the public transit system which was frustrating. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay!
One of our beds was so saggy it was nearly impossible to sleep on. I requested late checkout because our flight got delayed and this was refused. I requested a microwave and it never arrived. No housekeeping was available though we stayed 3 nights.

Get ready for self service everything. Be ready to pay for parking even though you take the metro. Need towels? Coffee? Bring your own. Never had this kind of experience and I was born in this city. Never felt this uncomfortable or unwelcome with this chain and I am a Diamond Member. Not seeing a lot of value in any status here however. I recommended this chain be used by my Company for all business trips. We will be reconsidering this apparent poor choice on my behalf. I wouldn’t want any of my Colleagues to have an experience like this.
