I work for a comfort inn and suites in seaside Oregon. And let me tell you, this was the worst possible experience I could have had. I came to town on business and this was unacceptable. The man at the front desk when I got there almost didn't check my mom and I in. Then after 15 minutes of battle he finally let us check in. When we got to the room, we found hair and other crap in sheets on one of the beds. We asked for new bedding, and all they gave us was a top and fitted sheet. No pillowcases, no new blanket. They also didn't offer to help remake the bed for us. We decided to inspect the room a little more, and we found a bottle of LUBE under that same bed. I was disgusted. We got very little to no help, the guy at the front desk was incredibly disrespectful, and rude. The next day I spoke to the manager of the hotel, I even showed him pictures of the bed, he told me he needed to speak to his employee about the situation before deciding what he was going to do. He ended up calling me a few hours after we left and told me his employee said that he wasn't being rude to us, and that all we asked for was sheets. And given the situation he was starting to rethink the situation. All because his employee said whatever he said to his manager, I was told I was lying. So explain these pictures then. From working in the same hotel chain, I was very shocked. Don't stay here. It's awful service, and not clean.
