I spent two nights here, had a view of the river (no path to walk it FYI). Close to a 7-eleven and a family Restaurant called Shari's. Breakfast bags were provided with cereal, juice, and your since COVID rules are in action. Good customer service from the auditor.
This is a very nice, comfortable and safe hotel to stay out. The rates are very reasonable. I had the most beautiful view of the river during the day and night. The customer service is outstanding: positive, professional, caring. I did the park, sleep, fly accommodation. My car was parked safely for 14 days. The shuttles to and from the airport were quick and the drivers were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Had to travel to Portland for work and stayed here. The staff were friendly and courteous. They were able to recommend delivery places and i was not disappointed. The meeting room was set up for our seminars and were set up with social distancing in mind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times as it is convenient to the airport all you need is a short drive away in the shopping area by the public trans station from Ikea to Nordstroms Rack to Cell phone shops, Best Buy etc. Having the station makes it easy to park your car and head downtown, They also offee a shuttle to/from airport. Food is also easily accessible. Hotel provides free breakfast and it is good quality eggs, bacon, sausage, rosemary potatoes, make your own fresh waffles, and cereals got you covered. As well as coffee, tea always available.
The front desk staff is great Montse, Jane, and all the gang always friendly and willing to help.
The facilities are recently remodeled and they are very nice. It is clean and they are often see through out the long hotel tidying it up. Its worth it to join the Choice rewards for member rates & bonus perks.
Some rooms have a sink and counter that are great for long stays. The view to the lake from all rooms
Is also nice.
I want to say no matter how my day goes, when I get to the hotel they are friendly, courteous, and always on point with everything they do. The rooms are always clean, and the staff has to be the best compared to any hotel I have ever stayed in. I especially appreciate the consistently available fresh coffee and piping hot water for tea.
