I checked in with 4 year old son.
We walked from union station and I felt like we walking in a 3rd world country navigating homeless camps with urine in cups near hotel entrance. I find out there is no pool, no food and nothing to do!!
What a dump.
This place needs to be shut down or charge 40 bucks per night
I immediately checked out and left

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building that was built in 1912, the front desk woman was very knowledgeable about the building, everything was clean and disinfected. Rooms were spacious and clean as well!

I stated what the issues were previously in the survey. It was just disappointing overall. The hotel needed more staff and I don’t feel like the complimentary breakfast needs to be cut so short anymore and the bar/happy hour service is no longer a thing.. I know the pandemic made everything change but there is more, as a business, that is able to be offered as of late.
The fact that we had no form of apologies(again the incident was not their fault, it could have been handled better though) was very odd.

Family outing in Portland Oregon.Family needed to see other side of the city so I took them for relaxation and got the worst experience from my hotel stay.. This hotel needs to be upgraded and at accommodate it guest according to the standard it deserve from other site I have visited.

Great location with Valet parking and walk ability to a wide range of businesses and restaurants. You can also venture further out with the ease of transit and a wide variety of mobility.
We walked up to our restaurant and had a great evening out.
