Booked 2 nights, first one had some issues so Meghan kindly updated us! The first night was next to a noisey neighbour playing music at 5am but Chris from reception reacted to our phone call and promptly told them to turn it off. Went for a Spa and Afternoon Tea with my Bestie and have to say we both loved our Treatments, the pool is a bit small and their could do with a few more stools to put your towels , etc on just so your not putting your towels onto other people’s. After our Sauna it was shower and ready for afternoon tea , but we couldn’t dry our hair as hairdryer kept going off after 20 seconds.
Have to say Afternoon Tea was delicious , and well presented 10/10 the young lady serving us was lovely her customer service was spot on , so a big thank you to all your team.

We stayed here in early December for a weekend visit home. We arrived late on Thursday night, and were checked in quickly and efficiently by a very friendly but professional member of staff. Food in the bar was to a very high standard, reasonably priced and served by very nice staff. Breakfast was lovely, and once again served by very nice staff. The rooms we booked were lovely. No complaints from any of our party on any aspects of the hotel. We will certainly return when visiting home again. Thank you.

Very impressed with hotel, our family room was massive, very clean and tidy.
Hotel amenities were very good.
The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit.
We had an evening meal in the grill restaurant which was incredible.
Our 2 breakfasts were very good, great choice of breakfast options, everything was well stocked and fresh.
Will definitely be back.

Stayed in a fabulous room. The bed was very comfortable. Very big room overlooking the golf course. Fabulous views. Luxurious toiletries with an amazing shower. And bathroom
Swimming pool although only small was clean and the jacuzzi a nice feature with loads of room for all. A sauna and steam room also nice and clean.
We ate the two nights in the Carter & Fitch restaurant within the hotel. Although the restaurant was very buzy we had excellent service and the food was delicious.
Breakfast in the morning. Plenty of choice, food was hot.

five couples stayed here on sat night 10th december for the vegas night,first port of call was checking in at reception, great start friendly helpfull staff , room was lovely and warm and immaculate , we came down to the vegas room for our eveing meal and disco to be met by the lovely manageress Rhianna who made us so welcome , shes a great asset to your hotel ,, we all had a great night and the meal was outstanding and hot , well done the chefs and staff, morning breakfast perfect lots of choice could not fault this hotel and staff who work long hours,,well done to all, merry xmas hope to see you all soon.
