This hotel is set in a lovely picturesque location. We were impressed straight away from the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Check in was at 3 which gave us time to grab some lunch at a pub nearby. We had drinks in the bar and the staff were chatty and helped us with local knowledge. We had a great time in the bar and enjoyed the food from the bar menu. We had no problem getting entry to the spa at an additional cost. It was not included in our break which we were aware of. Breakfast was great and all our requirements were met. Swapping items etc. Rooms are clean, spacious and well kept. We were there for two nights but our room was still cleaned daily. We will definitely go back. Thanks Tamas, Scott and Bradley. Sorry I didn't get the receptionist names and the young lady also on the bar. A great team. A credit to the hotel.

Just left the London beach hotel. Had a great stay. Rooms
were good and lovely location. Breakfast not the best but once we spoke to the staff was fixed straight away. Big thank you to Thomaz Scot Bradley. Who worked in the bar! Made the stay even better!

How often these days do you stay somewhere that ticks all your boxes you will do here ?

So where do I start with the staff I suppose charming very helpful indeed as on our arrival we had an unforeseen problem with one of our groups non attendance that they sorted out for us very easily. They were so very understanding and most engaging.

Restaurant
A buffet breakfast fit for a King with all appetites catered for and the opportunity to taking in views of the golf course and picturesque lake whilst doing so service with a smile always..

Rooms
Double Beds to die for it was the best two nights sleep that I have had in ages. Spacious and fully equipped with tea coffee facilities and biscuits. Plus an adequate bathroom and shower facility flat screen TV with numerous channels to suit all tastes very comfortable indeed warm and cosy.

Spa / Beauty
You cannot visit this hotel and not book in advance your tri active facial it is unbelievable and a week later I can still see the difference anti aging at its finest.

Swimming Pool
Complete with an impressive and very luxurious well maintained Jacuzzi get out of the pool after your fitness swim and fall straight into a wonderful whirlpool of absolute bubbles and luxury.

So what are you all waiting for don't just take my word for it why not treat yourself ? You can also take advantage on line of their many deals and special offers so it doesn't need to break the bank either. This is an absolute perfect venue for a special girls occasion as we had. Maybe a birthday or sophisticated hen party or a family get together. This venue offers complete comfort and relaxation the minute you step through their door nothing is ever too much trouble for them.............

My last Trip Advisor review on an amazing hotel in Crete has had over the last three years 31,000+ reader viewings. So maybe after hearing that you may just want to take a minute to look at this. Then once you have done so decide for yourself if you too want to book with this impressive hotel and enjoy the same experience as we all had just last week and we will all be returning next year for sure.

Thanks again everyone for making us feel so very welcome

My wife and I were told about Tenterden by my golfing sister and also read a Sunday Times feature on the village. Booked for two nights and were pleased by the location and particularly the friendly staff. The hotel room was equipped with a double bed which was a touch small for us but no twin bedded rooms were available. The only other room problem was that we were unable to control the temperature due to a faulty remote for the AC unit. This was replaced for the next night. Room was on second floor overlooking the immaculate golf course. An unexpected pleasure was that the hotel hosted a large 70th birthday party and while that can be a disadvantage, the hosts kindly invited us to listen to the music hired for the event. It turned out to be a Beatles tribute band who were very good indeed! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily return, hoping that the same friendly staff would still be there!

Room tip: Get a room overlooking the golf course!

The staff are charming and couldn't be more helpful. The spa is really good with great treatments. The hotel rooms are very spacious and whilst they aren't shabby they are dated. The set menu that came with the spa break wasn't great - a really odd choice with nothing light i.e. hot pot and pork chop. But this might have just been the time of year.
Still had fun. Surrounding area is beautiful.
