Superb Hotel in lovely town of Fareham. All facilities are first class and of the highest standard.
Breakfast was also excellent. Cannot fault this Hotel in any way. All staff were of the highest standard. Not an expensive Hotel. Would recommend
We were a party of ten, with various allergies and preferences, along with a two day stay. We were pleased to meet Chelsea who met all our needs and couldn't be more helpful. The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely remember this special occasion made extra special thanks thanks to the staff and lovely surroundings.
What a lovely welcome. So nice to be greeted by such a lovely friendly team. My mum had to sing the bell on reception - said she’d always wanted to do it (she’s 80) but the funny side was seen by the lady in reception. At breakfast we were made very welcome by a young girl who was lovely too. We will definitely be back
Our room which was on the ground floor was in desperate need of refurbishment, both the bedroom and bathroom are very dated, towel rack all rusty! Damp stains in bathroom and bedroom.
Also the rooms need to better sound insulated, when the people upstairs woke at 5:30 so did I, you can also hear everything from the hallways.
On check out we were told that only the first and second floor rooms had been refurbished prior to covid and if we were to stay again we should ask to stay in these rooms.
The breakfast was lovely and the staff polite and friendly.
Well we r leaving this morning having 4 days at this lovely hotel.The welcome we got was so friendly.All the staff were so helpful warm and just lovely.Breakfast was delicious just what we needed to start our day.We had anything we wanted Thank you so much guys we have had lovely stay its been great and hopefully we will be back xxxx.
