I've ordered Fukuryu a couple of times from Amazon restaurants. The chicken ramen is OK - super salty and not a great flavor. Tastes like super salty beef broth. Probably won't order it again.

I wanted some hot noodles for dinner and I came across Fukuryu. The restaurant deco is modern and the menu is easy to read. The cashier who took my order was awesome. He took the time to explain each noodle bowl for me and made recommendation. I ended up getting the Traditional Ramen and pork Belly bun. The buns were AWESOME and so is the noodle. I will definitely come back one last time before leaving town.

I met with a co-worker at Fukuryu and we enjoyed a cool dinner at this noodle shop. The bowls were pretty good sized, although you need an appetizer along with a bowl to feel full enough, in my opinion. Then again, maybe I hadn't eaten in long enough and just plowed through my bowl because it tasted really good.

The seating inside is a little different, so be prepared for some non-padded little metal stools on the long tables where you eat, but the food came out so crazy fast and it was very good. I had fun with the experience.

My spouse and I ate there a week ago. Given Fukuryu's reviews at other locations, I was expecting to be blown away. Regrettably, we were not. I realize that, having been raised in Japan, my expectations are high. That notwithstanding, I've had much better ramen.
I had the Red Dragon ramen while my spouse had the Chicken ramen. We shared an order of gyoza. The portions were smaller than I would have anticipated for the price and the flavor was adequate but not exquisite. The ambience is fair but, given the location, one might expect more. Would I return? Perhaps. But, it certainly is not a must.

My husband and I visited Fukuryu Ramen on one of our date nights. My husband had been craving traditional ramen and I had never had traditional ramen. This place is super close to home in the new Bridge Park area. There is street parking or a parking garage. We parked on the street and walked over. The restaurant was not crowded so it took us longer to figure out what we wanted to order than to actually place and receive our order. You order and pay at the counter. The staff was super friendly (and didn't laugh at us when we butchered names). Fountain drinks and water are self serve. When our order was ready, another super friendly staff person brought it out to us. The pork gyoza (pot stickers) were piping hot and tasty. The ramen was amazing. I had the chicken ramen (because I am afraid of spicy hot food) and my husband (who loves hot spicy food) ordered their signature ramen. It has three levels of hot. My husband got the medium and it was just right for him (and he was expecting it to be milder than it was). We came on a rainy cold day and left full and happy. Although there were not many customers in the shop, there were a lot of to-go orders lined up on the counter.
I recommend going there, now would be good!
