First if your idea of a nice room is stains on the furniture and leftover food from previous guests on the floor then this is your hotel. The stains on the furniture were huge and clearly from a cleaning product trying to remove some other stain. Gross!
Additionally, we had rooms booked as part of a block for a high school sporting event. Our original stay was 2 nights, however, covid caused the event to be changed to one day. Despite having confirmation numbers from Hyatt showing a change to 1 night, the manager charged us for both nights and informed us “it wasn’t her problem”. She was rude, condescending, and pompous throughout the interactions.
Avoid the Hyatt Canton Ohio unless you really like gross rooms and unprofessional customer serviceMore
