We always make sure we have lunch here when visiting the Granite Belt. Service is excellent as you'd expect from a training college. The 'medley of mains' with matching wine is perfect choice for a good variety of small servings. It was only let down by bland croquettes. The quality of the Banca Ridge wine produced on site is excellent with plenty of 'strange bird' varietals. Tayla who took us through a tasting of 6 - 7 wines before our meal was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
