stayed here 7,june - 14 june 18. couple, first time in bulgaria. Good holliday destination and low prices eating & drinking out. Will go back before the EURO fek this cheap destination out as they did to Turkey.
Well here we go.
Our deal was 1 week B&B @ £280 WITH tui.. COULD NOT MISS THIS DEAL.
Decent b&b with a Fridge in all rooms. good feature. cold tinnies for balcony.
Breakfast is eggs, boiled, fried, scrambled, toast, tea coffee, some fatty bacon, hot dog type sausages, mushrooms occasionally. cold meats and salads. decent as you go. 8am / 10am.
in main building rooms are of a decent size, 2 beds with memory foam mattresses on them. ok. had no complaints.decent size balconny, not private, you can see into other balconies. ok if you didnt overpay for holliday. Tv. you can loan kettles from reception, free. Hairdryers in bathrooms. Big shower room. No Plugs. just bung toilet paper in to fill plug hole.
Decent size pool for a b&b. best sunbeds are taken around 6.30, you can get some in shaded areas till 9am Lots of arguing about sunbeds . cramped togeather if you get wrong side of pool. Get the side on path leading to breakfast bar. Up extra early for these, i was getting up @ 5.45, wtf. i like a good spot, not to be beaten by my rivals, not knowing what time i was up at. Young ones were just coming in at that time. Back to bed till 7.30. check to see if anyone has moved MY Beds. lol
Sunbed mattresses are free to loan, just keep them for your stay, they do dissapear, too bulky to stick in my suitcase. dam
They were ok with us, treat people as you would like to be treated. They will charge you for any breakagesm glasses, fittings etc. They will check your room on handing your keys in. Dont nick the towels, you will be charged, theres a list in your room of charges. Break nothing you wont be charged.
Hotel is clean and every day pool area gets cleaned.
Steak house built on, OK, a pint is 280 lev, a pint bottle is 3 lev, just half the lev for english price, £1.40, £1.50.
Meals from 9 lev, half chicken & chips. Soup 3 lev. Chips are not up to much. Spoils there meals, thin and hard. Go over the road , better chips. All in all its cheap eating and drinking out in sunny beach, EVEN on the sea front, not overpriced. some will give a free drink if getting a meal, just Ask. they want your custom.
Hawai bar, seafront overlooking, good meals, pints 3 Lev. Fish and Chips, 16.50 lev with a free drink, half, or tea coffee. Breakfasts start from 9 lev. not that cheap.
Nessebar, old town.
Treat yourself going by Boat, from the Pier on the beach. 10 Lev, better than a Spine rattling train. boat takes you straight onto the island.
Cheap also for meals and drinks First bar when going up hill from the boat was 1.50lev sround 70p hotspots overlooking the sea from 2/3 lev, £1/£2 a pint. Worth a day out.
Mac donalds, AVOID, Staff are young and dont give a damm about customer service. COLD chips etc. Not worth it.
BURGER KING facing the Funny Pub BETTER hot food, and has a bar where you eat them. Roughly the same prices as at home.
KFC, come out of the juoiter hotel, cross over the road , walk down the street with the shop selling Fur jackets , at the top of that road is the KFC on the corner facing the chinese resteraunt., and you can get to the beach this way, just keep walking in a line ahead.
These could do with some Customer service also, Prices simmilar to home. not getting ripped off.
Sunbeds are 9 Lev each, Umberella is 9 Lev, if you dont want the brolly, just leave it tied down, You pay for the sunbeds for the day, They have a number on the brolley pole. You can leave it and get a meal and come back to it, you cannot change sunbeds once you pay.
get one on the seafront, lots to choose from.
any questions just ask.
All pubs have some singers on around 9pm. the one over the road from the jupiter have singers on , tribute acts, elvis, michael jackson. 1.99 lev, £1 A PINT ALSO, AND DECENT chips. Pizzas, etc. Most of these pubs have decent draught lager. its all the same. Be carefull , Some will offer cheap drinks on a Board but have small writing saying untill 8pm, or with a meal, So double check .
Hopefully get another cheap deal, but will go Self Cattering. Nice dacon butty now and again . just freeze bacon before you go, + sausages.
There is 1 big SUPERMARKET, SELLS EVERYTHING. 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, going out the backway facing the main road. Turning left not right. Right hand side one is small. but ok. Turn Left out of gate.
Pizza oulets , you see lots of these , only 2.50 Lev for a big slice of Pizza, around £1.25p

Money exchange,
Jupiter steak house offer you 1.15 lev. same rate regardless. just ask the waiters for him, they will let him know, untill 6pm
Crown exchange, ONLY use these.
The other Outlets will OFFER a higher rate but you will not get that rate, If you change a £100 they end up taking £10 out. they say you get the rate they get the Lev for, NOT the one they are Advertising. DONT BE FOOLED into thinking you will get a better rate because it is showing a HIGHER RATE as the othere You wont. Avoid.
Crown exchanges are the official ones in sunny beach, They all offer the same rates .
Get it changed at the jupiter Steak House, not the Hotel reception, Unless it goes Over 115 lev to the £
One more thing, They do not offer a shower room if going home late. Only the Toilets.

Stayed here just last week and when myself and my friend went to check out. The woman at reception asked us to pay money for using towels etc. I refused to pay it and she refused to give our passports untill I said I was going to call the police. I also had to pay 40euro for a key cause my friends bag got robbed with key in it. Don't ever stay here it's a kip hole.

On arrival there were no signs telling new arrivals where the hotel/reception was.
When entering room it was a good size. Lovely balcony. Basic room and clean.
Can hire safe but it is in reception area. There was a sign in room that stated the RULES of the hotel. It gave a price list of breakages. Even cups and glasses. The last comment was customers who do not want to abide by the rules of hotel will be sanctioned with a hundred euro. The bedding was changed after third day which is acceptable however the new bedding was lie sand paper the pillows felt like solid lumps of material shoved into a bag. The lack of Aircon in room was unbearable although it seemed to be working when the cleaners were working. Complained to reception multable times and was told maintenance would fix it. But we saw no difference. We felt that the girl on reception did everything that she could (Neli Ivanov's) . Breakfast was acceptable if you are down between 8am and 9am. After that time nothing was replenished we asked for more orange juice and was greated by arms waving at us saying that there is no more it's finished even though breakfast didn't end until 10am. The woman who ran the restaurant was rude and bullied the young boy who worked there. He seemed terrified of her. We was then greeted with yet another poster that read. The breakfast rules. The last comment we found threatening it read. The breakers of this rules will pay in triple size. The pool was lovely there was shade and sunny areas in hight season we don't think there would be enough room around pool for everyone a few sun loungers were broken be very dirty. These were left to one side but never removed. Hotel is in a good location.

Stayed at the Jupiter from May 21st to June 4th 2018 our room was in the annex over looking the pool , The room was very basic but beds were very comfortable but limited space for our clothes bathroom was lacking a few shelves for our bathroom needs was a juggle to get things done smoothly saying that it was very clean with staff coming in each day to clean and refresh the room. The pool side is quite small as we were there just before the season started had no problem getting a sun lounger by the pool.
All things said was a nice friendly hotel breakfast could have been better.

Just back yesterday from a 2 week stay at this lovely hotel, everybody so pleasant , from Nelli on reception ,bar staff , and our hard working cleaners, who found time to make swans and hearts out of towels, to leave on our bed, very near to flower street, yet we were never disturbed by noise at night, the lady that owns the hotel grows much of her own produce so I always had the lovely feta cheese salad for breakfast many different breads, and jam that she makes is 100% natural, made such a nice change from the usual fry ups, although it is there if you want it.
I took a kettle with me, but there was one in the room, not sure if all rooms have them,
we paid extra to stay in main hotel, we were on 6th floor, happy with the space it gave us,rooms were cleaned every day, so, all in all a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel,
