While on my last business trip I ended up staying at the Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown. After I finally was able to get my arrangements worked out I was grateful of the mix up and loved staying at this property. Great new renovated rooms, complementary breakfast and overall great service.More

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is very convient to the beltway and downtown Blvd to make it easy to get to the airport, downtown, NCSU or the Research Triangle. The staff was most helpful.
The room was good and front desk staff is always so friendly. It is always a pleasure to see Regenia & Ebony smiling and friendly faces. The hotel had soccer team that was there and Regenia held everything together. We also enjoy seeing the new staff members Josh (work nights) and African American guy that works 7am shift.

Room was clean and hotel was well kept up. Breakfast was ok from what i saw but i did not eat. Coffee was fine. Good location in raleigh and plenty of parking. If they served real eggs inst of powdered i would give 5 stars.

Updated rooms, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, space to chillax out of your room, great location! Had everything we needed for the hotel and for the location. Convenient to 440, mall, shopping, restaurants, etc

This property it is convenient located near restaurants and shopping stores where you can just walk there, rooms are clean and well decorated. Breakfast it is good, GM very outogoing person, front desk lady should be a little more train since she seems kind of annoying during check in process.
So sorry you did not have a seamless check in experience. We do have new staff and will be conducting training. We are overjoyed that you appreciated our location, decor, and breakfast. We hope to see you again, soon!
