We love the Aloft. We visit our college student throughout the year. The beds are always comfortable. We always feel safe. It’s conveniently located to food, shopping, the college.
But this trip was exceptional. Every detail was covered by Dwight and his staff. He was intentional with our kids. He was always welcoming and offering a very pleasant smile. Honestly, we would stay anywhere Dwight was in charge. Thank you Dwight and the Aloft staff!

First time at an Aloft with Marriott. The reasoning behind the poor score was because of how paper thin the walls were in the bedroom. We definitely didn’t have any privacy.
We felt like we were a part of the conversation with the room next to us, that’s how clear we could hear them… I hope the guys brother recovers smoothly after crashing his bike into the guardrail on the highway. He was traveling from Louisiana to Dallas to go see an ex of his from college. Apparently, they had an on and off relationship throughout college with a few pregnancy scares and cheating on each other. This all happened before Covid. She reached out 2 years later and wanted to get together… maybe the accident was a warning sign to stay away from each other! What do we know though, we were just in a different room than them.
All in all, we felt uncomfortable talking to each other in our own room because of how clear we can hear our neighbors.
Next time we’re in Raleigh, we’ll probably check out the Autograph, Tribute or AC brands.

How to travel for business just looking for a place to stay. I hit a home run with this trip. This hotel is with-in walking distance to many nice restaurants. It is situated directly across from the NC State bell tower and basically on the main street of the nice town of Raleigh. I WILL BE BACK

The Aloft Raleigh is ideally located near NC State and within walking distance to the Village for great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and urban with comfortable beds and friendly housekeeping staff. The Front Desk staff were friendly and made my stay extra enjoyable. Perfect place for small business meetings! Be sure to stop by the Wxyz Bar to enjoy refreshing cocktails on the outdoor terrace.

They stay was awesome. The room feels very luxurious. Nice sitting area with a view of the bell tower.
Wxyz bar is very nice, with the big open doors.
And the employees where excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
