Chose this hotel due to having surgery in Raleigh. Excellent service,cleanliness, staff check in on me and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Enjoyed our trip to Hyatt House at North HIlls. Friendly staff and nice room set-ups. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Great spaces (breakfast, exercise, pool). Would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt House in North Hills , Raleigh is in a wonderful location. Lots of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment close by within walking distance. There is also a Harris Teeter beside it and a Kilwin's ice cream and candy shop, both are fabulous.

A gem of a hotel for a weekend away. I even brought our pup and this is my favorite hotel property that is close to everything. The room was clean and we just love the design of the room which separates sleeping from lounging. We just love the helpful staff in helping us find what's open and walkable.
Room tip: Parking can be tight next to the hotel but they have secured parking behind the hotel which works well and help me get my steps in.

Hotel was clean and beautiful...Great location...walk to bars and restaurants... Close to music venue.
Hotel had a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly, but overall a great stay. I would stay again.

I wouldn’t let certain customers there, we came downstairs to lobby this lady smell bad of marijuana and her party that was with her.The next day don’t know if they was on are floor or not but you can smell it in the hallway and elevator
