Great staff when it came to room service.. Krystal and Marylin were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Other then them two.. staff was not very pleasant. Had to move rooms 2 different times due to air conditioners freezing.

I have stayed at several Extended Stays in Raleigh NC but the Crabtree Valley property is the most amazing!!! AQUABA SCOTT set the tone for the entire staff. She works hard and long hours and she is still able to maintain the upmost courtesy that you can ask for, if she is not a manager she should be. I am very thankful for her and the rest of her staff. My stay at the Crabtree Valley Extended Stay of America in Raleigh NC is on point and don’t forget the perks

STACY WHICH SHE LIED TO AND SAID SHE WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND IS NOT..What she is though , rude, disrespectful, racist trash looking so I was told assistant piglet..Be aware ...I want even get into the condition or show picture of the hut or tP I DIDNT STAY IN...was checked into n open door room ..No key to get in room, BUT you can stop by front desk and they will walk u to your room and let you in each time..Except OnSunday morning when MAcNASTY works....I was told after checking in that I didn’t have a reservation and could get into MY ROOM to get my belongings left..Mind you I have my things in room..STACY RUDLY AND RACIALLY TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND I WAS FICTICTIOus...SO HAPPEN TO OFFER SPELLING , phone with ID , all possible avenue ...NOTHING ..Still today NO BELONGING , medication, call back ..NOTHING ..Be careful here as of jun 26 no contact about my personal belonging have been made nor have I been able to obtain information reguarding

I did not enjoy my stay. There was a large lady that sits at the front desk and her name starts with a T. She wore pajamas a headscarf when I arrived to check in. Her and some guy ( i think was her boyfriend) were yelling and fighting in the lobby and were very loud. After they stopped arguing she proceeded to check me in and would not show me where my room was located.
I called the front desk once I got to my room and told her that there werent not any towels in the bathroom and she told me she would bring them to me. She never bought me anything. I walked to the front desk to get towels and her and the same man that she was arguing with before were arguing again regarding where he had been and why he had been gone for so long.
This Lady , needs to go. She is very rude, unprofessional and seems to argue with her boyfriend more than she works

Have been waiting at the front desk to check in with several other tenants for a half hour now with no one at the front desk. When called the immediate assistance number, they said they would be ten minutes.
