This is usually one of our favorite restaurants; however, we have seen a decline over the last several months. Our last visit was such a bad experience that, had it been our first visit, we would not return. Once we were seated, it took forever for the waiter to take our order. He then returned to inform us they were out of the trout we had ordered. We placed another order for salmon, only to have him return again ten minutes later to inform us they were also out of salmon. We place another order to have him come back ten minutes later to inform us there were out of spaghetti squash. How can a waiter not know that the restaurant is out of so many items. 45 minutes after being seated, we had eaten our appetizer and had not yet placed an order that could be filled. We left without dinner. We can only hope they will improve because we usually visit several times a month, but will lot continue with this kind of service. The waiter should have informed the manager or our situation, so it could have been rectified. He seemed to care less. There needs to be some consistent ordering of supplies, and wait staff needs to step up.
