Very friendly staff greeted us at the entrance. Nice walking trails through the woods with many different raptors on display - all of whom are here because they have been injured in some way that makes it impossible for them to survive in the wild. There are good opportunities to learn about birds and the walking trails through the woods are nice. Can imagine on a hot day it could be more than a little smelly, though. Some might be tempted to say it's sad to see these beautiful birds in cages - but they have had an injury and would otherwise be dead.
