Description: Owner/Chef Paul Riggan is serving an artistically infused menu with creations influenced from French, Asian, Caribbean and low country cuisines. Potato Crusted Salmon, a delectable Stealhead Carolina Trout as well as nightly specials await your selection. Feel free to look through the menus section to see the wide variety of food offered. Wonderful cuisines which range from Veal Crostini to a very tasty BBQ Duck Confit served over smoked cheddar polenta, locally grown collard greens and finished with a tangy barbecue sauce. Blue Water Grilled also offers a wide variety of non-seafood entrees including beef tenderloin. - See more at: http://www.Bluewatergrillenc.Com/About-Us#sthash.TtdOQswA.Dpuf

The Blue Water Grill a perennial favorite during High Point Market has worn out its reputation with its surly reservation policy and frenetic service.
Once a place that was on game, the current and past two markets have been met with inconsistent food and haughty service.
A true shame! With a dose of humility and southern hospitality, we hope that Blue Water Grill can recapture its luster.

Two of us had Barramundi, a white fish we had never had. It was served with a orange-chipotle sauce that really complemented the fish. Tasty with just enough kick. Our guest had a tuna in a bowl dish which she really liked. We shared a very good key lime pie which, though pricey at $9, was very good as it should be. The entrees offered good value at $24 and $30. They were quite willing to sub the vegetables on the menu for others. We had some extremely good asparagus as our side, a double portion. Eat here if you want a fine dining meal at a reasonable price.

The food and the service is awesome. I think any adult would enjoy eating at this establishment. The employees are friendly and helpful.

May well be the best restaurant in High Point! An active bar area on one side and a more quiet area for dinner. My wife and I love coming here.
