Let me begin by saying that I am a Krispy Kreme shareholder and have been since their IPO. However, when I come across a location as consistently bad as this one, I cannot hold my tongue. Last time here, I ordered a dozen in the drive-thru. That turned out poorly as the staff gave me several incorrect selections in that mixed dozen, but I was too far away by the time the box was opened to address the issue. Today, I returned. This time I went inside to be sure I received the correct product as ordered. Upon my arrival and throughout my stay in the store, there was a single clerk. Waiting patiently at the counter was a man and his two young daughters. The clerk acknowledged them, but was too busy with the drive-thru to wait on them. As it became clear that there would be no satisfactory service here today, I left... empty handed. I don't know if the man and his children were ever served or not. But as I sit in the parking lot typing this review, I see 5 cars in the drive-thru... one that just backed away and left, as well. Consistently poor service reflects a poor quality of leadership. Someone needs to address the shortcomings of this location soon!
