The restaurant is situated in a lovely old hotel in the old city of Mirepoix. Lovely dining room and friendly staff

Starters of smoked trout and scallops were good
One main of beef and lamb were good
But my friend and I ordered Turbot, which was a mistake. The appearance was not good grey and obviously frozen. The taste was not pleasant and very dry, not what we had expected
I ate most as was not wanting to spoil our evening but did inform the head water we did not find it pleasant
Our coffees were given to us free of charge
We live locally and would like to try the restaurant again sometime as we go to mirepoix often

Lovely hotel, amazing staff and an incredible restaurant. This is the second time I have stayed there. Eric and his staff are so helpful and very nice. This is the perfect spot to stay to visit the beautiful town of Mirepoix and the amazing countryside.

We recently stayed in the Relais Mira Peis for two nights during a cycling holiday in the region. We booked 3 rooms and they were all large and comfortable, with big bathrooms, including bathtubs. We were able to park right outside the hotel and the staff were really helpful in bringing in our bikes and storing them in a secure room for us. We chose to have dinner at the hotel on the Sunday night when they do a BBQ. This was a great decision as it was delicious. A short walk to all the shops and market of Mirepoix. We ended up eating in the restaurant again on the Monday evening as not much was open in town - we were all pleased with our meal.
Overall we'd particularly like to say that the team there are so friendly and helpful.
A great choice for a stay in Mirepoix. The cycling in the area is also very good.
One minor comment would be that they need to amend the description on Trip Advisor about there being a pool. Would stay again.
